Stephan Hill
Stephan is an associate in the workplace relations group. Stephan advises businesses across a broad range of industries and workplace matters. Prior to entering legal practice, Stephan provided commercial advice as a consultant to major listed companies and public sector organisations in the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East.
Stephan understands the importance of providing clear, practical, and actionable advice. Stephan works hard to understand and add value to each client’s business.
Stephan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Stephan’s principal areas of practice include:
business restructuring and redundancies;
disciplinary issues and performance management;
litigation and disputes including unfair dismissal and general protection applications;
workplace investigations, including responding to allegations of discrimination, harassment or bullying;
preparing employment contracts and policies;
independent contractors/ arrangements;
restraint of trade and protection of confidential information; and
agreement and award interpretation.
